Hi! I’m Matt Padgett with Keystone Mortgage.

I just wanted to give you an update on interest rates and where they are trending. Due to a lot of conflicting numbers in the economy as well as a lot of international and national political uncertainty, interest rates are remaining relatively low. They’re not at the lowest point we’ve seen in the last couple of years but they are hanging out in an area that is attractive to many home buyers and refinanced prospects.
