Stick to the Strategy

Hi! I’m Matt Padgett with Keystone Mortgage. Hope you’re having a great week.

I ran a 50-mile trail race this past week and had two lessons that I shared with the team. I thought I would share it on this video blog. I think they could be useful.

Number 1: When you have a strategy for something that’s a proven strategy and you know it’s going to work. Regardless of what everybody else is doing, stick to your strategy. Because that strategy will produce the results you want. So, don’t get distracted. Stay focused on that strategy.

Number 2: Anything worth doing well has some pain involved. But what I have figured out is the longer you do it, you start to enjoy that pain. Because you start to realize that pain is the difference between you and everybody else out there. Other people don’t want to go through that pain to have that success.
