Hi, Matt Padgett with Keystone Mortgage. Happy New Year! Hope your start of 2018 has been wonderful. Something we’ve been talking about this week is something that I want to remind you about and is the quickest way to improve your life is to raise your standards.

Standards are those things that you expect from yourself and from others, so write these standards down.

• When do you expect to get up?
• When do you expect to go to be?
• When do you expect to workout?
• What do you expect to eat?

Set some standards for yourself in order to improve yourself and don’t fall below those standards.
