Hi Matt Padgett with Keystone Mortgage. If you had a short sell in the past, it’s not the end of the world. Short sells, we can overcome those. For VA loans it needs to be two years after the short sell. For conventional loans, four years after the short sell. And for FHA and USDA loans, we can do it with 3 years after the short sell.
