Hi Matt Padgett with Keystone Mortgage in the office. We’ve been studying Ray Delio’s book, “Principles”. In part of the book, he talks about being radically transparent and radically open-minded. That’s when humans tend to learn the most in their life, when they can truly be open-minded about what they’re learning, be transparent about what they’re learning, and go through the learning process of doing the activity, making the mistake, getting a feedback loop, and learning it better next time. So, I would just challenge everyone out there, as you’re trying to learn new stuff, or you want to learn new stuff, be open-minded and be transparent about it.
