Actually there are a log of loan programs that are good for first time home buyers. A lot depends on your down payment, your income, credit scores, and things such as that. There are programs for first time home buyers. You can put as little as 0% down. If it’s a conventional or a loan for some of the higher credit score, you can put as low as 3% down.
